Customer Service Policy

  • If you email customer service, please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

  • While we are live, we will not be addressing customer service issues.

  • All customer service issues will be handled exclusively through BleuRootsCS@gmail.com


Multiple Orders

  • If you place multiple orders, we do combine them when possible.

  • Any shipping overages will be refunded back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 2–3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account once your order has been shipped.

  • You will be notified via email once this adjustment has been made.


PREORDERS

  • If you place a preorder, please remember this is a preorder — the estimated shipping date will be listed in the product description.

  • Sometimes preorder items may arrive earlier than expected.

  • If there is a delay, we will notify you via email with the new estimated arrival date.
