Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150. If your order is under $150, you can still enjoy affordable shipping rates at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days from your order date. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

We cannot modify or cancel orders once they have been placed.

We cannot change the shipping address after your order is submitted. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct address at checkout.
Can I upgrade my shipping?
Absolutely! If you’d like to upgrade your shipping, please email us at BleuRootsCS@gmail.com before your order is shipped, and we’ll assist you with the upgrade.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once a tracking number is issued, Bleu Roots Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
However, we do provide $100 shipping insurance with every order. If your package is lost, you can file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. For any issues, please contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we are only shipping within the United States. Stay tuned for future updates on international shipping!
Will I be charged for return shipping?
Yes, the return shipping fee $9 will be deducted from your store credit. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for convenience.
Are there any shipping delays during the holiday season?
Please be mindful that during the holiday season, shipping carriers may experience delays. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any delays in transit. We encourage you to place your orders early to avoid any issues.
