What is your return policy?
At Bleu Roots Boutique, we want you to love every purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, here's what you need to know:

Store Credit Only: We accept returns for store credit ONLY within 7 business days of delivery. We do not offer refunds to your original payment method.

Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for us to process your return once it has been delivered.

Eligible Returns: Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from odors, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Excluded Items: We do not accept returns on jewelry, hats, headbands, or handbags.

Defective Items: If your item is defective, email us at BleuRootsCS@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Final Sale Items: All items marked 20% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Right to Refuse Returns: We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our policy requirements, and we will not be responsible for sending the item back to you.
📩 To initiate a return, email us at BleuRootsCS@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.
💡 Option: If you prefer, you may pay for your own return shipping label. In that case, the shipping fee will not be deducted from your store credit.
Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?
We recommend placing a new order for a different size or color, as we cannot guarantee availability after a return is processed. If you are unsure of your size, feel free to email us at BleuRootsCS@gmail.com before purchasing — we’ll be happy to help!
